Bianco: 2024 Les Cretes “Mont Blanc”, Chardonnay Pinot Grigio, Valle d’Aosta 16/73
The nose is lifted with white peach, alpine herbs, and citrus blossom, while the palate offers a clean streak of acidity with hints of pear, saline minerality, and crushed stone. Light to medium-bodied, it’s energetic yet poised, reflecting the cool-climate terroir at the foot of Mont Blanc.
Rosso: 2022 Pietraventosa “Volere Volare”, Primitivo 16/72
A much fresher and modern take on Primitivo that sees no oak and is aged in stainless steel and then for an extra year in bottle. It’s softer but still riper fruited packed with blackberry, ripe plum, lavender and sweet spice.
