Bianco: 2021 Macchion dei Lupi “Alos”, Vermentino, Toscana 18/92 (Skin contact, Cement ageing)
Fermentation is made with indigenous yeasts in open tanks without temperature control.
The wine is macerated on the skins for two days and then matured for 8 months In cement tanks. Macchion dei Lupi Alos is straw yellow in colour.
Fresh and sapid with good minerality and persistence.
Silky, powdery tannins support the very juicy flavours and provide support on the long back end.
