Certified biodynamic and organic. Fragrant rose petal infused aromas of raspberry and red liquorice drift through the olfactory senses followed by earthy incense and fresh herb like notes and underscored by fresh crunchy acidity. Slightly chalky tannins with an elegant, highly energised mineral driven finish.
