Features white peach and acacia aromatics, with soft honeyed richness, a cool mineral streak, beautifully balanced and fresh through to long finish. The palate is crisp and dry, with a hint of ripe pears and a complex array of red and green apples, finish is mouth-wateringly refreshing & lengthy.

The nose starts with astringent yet rich aromas of plums and boysenberries, then evolves into bitter cocoa and fresh mint. On the palate, sweeter flavors of orange and cherry emerge, while a gentle florality and enduring mint notes provide levity in the face of taut tannins and vibrant acid.
